Business Systems Analyst

The Engineering Applications Team handles administration and technical support for all CAD, PLM, and engineering related software. In this role a successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system uptime and availability. Assisting users with their technical questions, managing licenses assignments and usage. As well as configuring our systems to follow company business rules. We are looking for an individual that gains satisfaction in creating an efficient and useful engineering environment for our users. One who is able to multitask and enjoys a challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support users via helpdesk ticketing system
• Manage and track software licenses, user accounts
• Create and test best practices, maintain internal knowledgebase
• Create training materials

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Working knowledge of CAD tools like CATIA, Solidworks, Altium, and AutoCAD is a plus
• Practical experience with popular PDM/PLM tools like Arena, Propel, Windchill, or TeamCenter
• Proficiency in creating presentations and technical/training documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Superb verbal and written skills as well as 'soft skills'
• Working in or having worked in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or DoD environment will be strongly considered
• Eagerness to grow and learn with the organization

Preferred but not required

• Experience managing and deploying SaaS platforms
• skills in script writing, visual basic, java or other common programming languages
• Analytics and system report generation
• Jira, Confluence, Zendesk
