Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Systems Analyst you will work with the Corporate Process Engineering and Product Data Management team as an administrator in the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include developing new and updating existing business processes and working closely with business users and technical teams. There will be a strong focus on continuous improvement and fitting new technology solutions over legacy processes. You will help document the process using written procedures as well as develop applications in Salesforce or another enterprise application platform. Your work will be a key part of Allegro's business growth.

This position will be based in our Manchester NH facility in a hybrid work environment as part of the Flex@Allegro program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work independently and in teams with various business system and process stakeholders throughout the organization to document current business needs and processes.
• Perform updates to business applications as part of update and improvement activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Allegro product data model and become a leader of the processes that impact Allegro product data.
• Perform data mapping and import between business systems.
• Effectively document as-is business processes and proposed improvement plans.

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to manage time independently, tasked with short term reactionary duties as well as long term strategic projects
• Motivated to learn new technologies and identify process improvement opportunities
• Outgoing attitude and willingness to work with a large variety of teams across the organization.
• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or a willingness to train and become certified
• Experience with product data or product lifecycle management systems
• Experience with Python, SQL, HTML, or Java a plus
• Strong reverse engineering skills for both software and processes when documentation is unavailable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
