What you will do

You will be focused on ensuring our ERP systems are configured correctly to manage our legacy products as well as new products being introduced in Medical. This would include ensuring ECOs and any changes are executed timely and accurately and aligned to supporting the structured needs of the business.

  • Work cross functionally with all areas of the business such as materials, RA/QA, engineering, and operations leads to ensure system integrity and business rules are in place to effectively align our ERP systems to the production lines and provide problem solving solutions to unique business conditions as our portfolio and strategies change.
  • You will also be involved with upcoming ERP enhancement opportunities that has potential to alter current business processes and setups, thus requiring understanding of potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Opportunity to enhance forecasting, reporting, and make to stock processes to improve our problem solving and accuracy of information.
  • Designs details of automated systems, including master data settings and BOM and configurator accuracy. May provide consultation to users in automated systems.
  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement production plans to maximize the use of the organization's resources and meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
  • Monitor production activity and analyze production data so that the flow of materials is timed to meet production requirements.
  • Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortages.
  • Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests based on production schedules.
  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Participates in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, IT, engineering or related field required
