Business Systems Analyst
Job Description
Location: Minneapolis, MN
FTE - Direct hiring (work remote within USA)
- 5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst/ Systems Analyst
- Experienceand understanding ofe-Commerce capabilities, CMS(AEM),APIconnections
- Established background in an Agile environment with a proven understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements definition, user experience,'development practices, testing, and deployment
- Experience with scrum ceremonies including Feature & Development refinement, sprint planning,'daily stand-ups, and retros
- Experience in Tech Story Prioritization based on Feature and User story prioritization as well asBacklog Refinement ceremonies with SME and Scrum Team
- Experience defining non-Functional requirements for Technology Stories
- Led and coordinated a team with story splitting utilizing the SPIDR approach
- Experience creating Process diagrams and business flow for Tech'Stories,managing Business
- Validation and approval of stories and Backlog ownership for integration scrum teams
- Experience managing issue defect progress
