Business Systems Analyst

• Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst?
• Do you have experience eliciting requirements and documenting such into user stories, mockups, process flows and data flows? Identifying functional versus non-functional requirements?
• Do you know how to translate "tech talk" into non-tech talk for the non-techies?
• Are you experienced using Agile tools and processes?

Sightline Payments is seeking a high-energy, passionate, business analyst who likes to be in the middle of new ideas and bring them to fruition. If you are inquisitive, like new product development, and ensuring the creation of the best customer experience, this role is for you. This role is offering a base salary in the range of $95,000-$100,000, depending on experience. There is the potential to earn up to an additional 15% annually in bonus. Our benefits start on the 1st of the month after the start date and include unlimited PTO, up to a 3% match on 401K contributions, paid parental leave, and a robust health benefits package with 90% paid employee portion of costs.

Here's an idea of some of the things you'll be tasked with:

• Create, maintain, and manage business processes, use cases, and technical requirements documentation related to proposed system solutions
• Collaborate in planning, design, and development of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Manage communications within project team, other IT personnel and management, organizational partners and external consultant/contractor resources
• Partner with the Quality Assurance testing team to ensure all requirements are accounted for in the test cases for system changes and implementations
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing efforts

Here's an idea of the skill sets you'll need to bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 years in a BSA role
• Develop Requirements Documents.
  • These include, but are not limited to: User Stories, Mockups, Screens Flows, Use Cases, Transaction Flows, Process and Data workflows
• Demonstrated technical aptitude - ability to communicate functional and technical specifications orally and in written form to business and development teams.
• Agile experience would be great, but not required, if you also have any of these:
• IIBA or PMI PBA Certification
• Familiar with SQL, Web and Mobile application development
• Azure Dev Ops
