Your Team
You will join the Data Integration & Common Services team within Global Technology, which supports Prudential's enterprise investment data ecosystem. The team enables trusted, consistent investment data used across the organization by partners in Investment, Finance, Risk, and Asset Management, as well as other teams.
The team is responsible for consolidating, curating, and transforming investment data from multiple sources into standardized views that support analytics, reporting, and decision-making. As the organization continues to modernize its data capabilities, this role will contribute to enterprise-wide investment data initiatives, including alignment to domain-based data strategies and future-state cloud data capabilities.
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
- Partner with product owners, tech leads, engineers, and business stakeholders to elicit requirements, define scope, and translate needs into clear user stories/features.
- Support end-to-end delivery by helping teams understand the system "front to back," ensuring solutions are aligned to business outcomes and data quality expectations.
- Contribute to enterprise investment domain strategy as Prudential aligns data "by domain" (e.g., Investment domain), including work tied to building future-state cloud-based investment data capabilities.
- Assist with data stewardship activities (definitions, lineage/usage clarity, quality considerations) and enablement for BI/reporting tooling where applicable.
- Help prioritize and refine stories, provide feedback, and support roadmap execution in alignment with product vision.
- Communicate effectively across Technology and business teams-ensuring the "why," the "what," and the tradeoffs are understood at the right level of detail.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or related).
- Relevant experience (or strong internships/early career experience) in business analysis, data, technology, finance/operations, or adjacent roles.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into requirements-especially in investment/financial contexts.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices; experience writing/refining user stories and supporting iterative delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders
- Investment/financial understanding is highly value
- Investment products and concepts (e.g., bonds, yield, cash flows, financial instruments) and the ability to speak the language of business partners.
- Data analysis fundamentals and tools such as SQL and Excel (advanced capabilities are a plus; baseline proficiency expected).
- Clear communication and collaboration-able to work as a liaison between business teams and technologists.
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to problem definition, root cause analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Applied knowledge and/or understanding of several of the following:
- Project/Product Management: Planning, Progress Monitoring and Status Reporting, including visualization of works; Scaling Agile - Organizing, synchronizing multiple teams setup Estimations, ROI, project life cycle
- Effective Communication: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Ability to facilitate dialogue at the right level of detail for all members of the Agile team.
- Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $70,300.00 to $116,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
