Zoom is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our essential Revenue and Channel systems and related processes.
About the Team
Our team at Zoom is dedicated to supporting and optimizing essential Revenue and Channel systems and processes. As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you'll be joining a collaborative group of professionals focused on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. We work closely together to analyze, improve, and maintain critical systems, enabling seamless operations and driving our business forward. Responsibilities

• Leading and managing projects within a complex and fast growing organization
• Negotiating timelines, deliverables, and overseeing end-to-end system enhancements including regression testing and change control processes.
• Managing project requirements from gathering to implementing changes, executing tests, and facilitating knowledge transfer activities.
• Acting as a key member in managing applications and serving as a point of contact for mission-critical business systems.
• Developing, optimizing, or overhauling business processes through system configurations or customizations.

What we're looking for

• Have experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Have experience in developing and implementing business systems.
• Have knowledge of Salesforce.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Have experience in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Experience with CPQ, Billing, and Revenue recognition systems and processes.
• Experience with SAAS Acquisitions, either as a project lead or significant contributor.
• Be committed to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$73,400.00
Maximum:
$143,100.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
