Overview
In this role, you will be in a highly visible position at the intersection of business, delivery, and operations - responsible for creating detailed business operations requirements, analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business. This role will support management, customers, and related services across IGT's portfolio that utilize cashless forms of payment. The customer and product lines we support will include Sports, Gaming, and Lottery with both online and physical channels for our clients across the globe but with initial focus on North America. Candidates with previous casino/gaming and payments experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you will do for IGT:• Understand products within IGT's Cashless and Payments ecosystem and 3rd party integration workflows with focus on technical interaction between various components within the ecosystem• Translate technical dataflows and sequence diagrams to end user experience and functional processes• Liaise with IGT's Cross functional teams (technology, delivery), external payment service vendors and customers to meet business requirements, sustain operations, and ensure successful delivery of payments program• Analyze customer's existing operating ecosystem and product suite and provide recommendations as new cashless and payments capabilities are added to the ecosystem• Understand and document functional and technical specification changes/updates for new and existing integrations between IGT's Cashless system, Payment Gateway and 3rd party vendors• Understand technical interactions between various internal and external components, including mobile app, and translate into player experience• Ensure new/future product and 3rd party requirements are accurately analyzed, documented, developed, and implemented successfully by IGT technology teams as well third-party vendors (Ex: Joingo)• Demonstrate effective decision making by analyzing multiple sources of data and manually compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
Work Location
This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule (50% remote from home/50% in-office) at our Providence, RI office (first preference) as well as Las Vegas or Reno, NV. We will also consider applicants to work remote anywhere in the U.S.
Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5+ years' experience in similar role.• Must have previous payments experience.• Organized, independent, and proactive - with a balanced temperament to be able to switch rapidly between different projects and competing priorities• Highly analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and solutions simultaneously• Ability to quickly build effective working relationships and influence cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and with 3rd party vendors is a plus• Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel abilities• Strong business acumen and ability to identify and communicate trends and insights in a timely manner• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify and articulate results of analysis in easy-to-understand business terms• Strong data manipulation reporting tool skills to be able to facilitate analytics and scenario modelling is a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200-$133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
