Business Systems Analyst Intern - HRIS

Unity Technologies is looking for an HRIS Intern to join our People Technology Team. You will help support our daily global operations, working alongside functional analysts and systems administrators. Your focus will be general maintenance of our global HRIS system(Workday), learning and applying SCRUM methodology to bi-weekly sprints, and assisting our analysts with process enhancements and large enterprise projects.

• Completing daily transactional steps such as auditing and assigning security roles in Workday
• Prioritizing and responding to service requests (tickets) in JIRA
• Level 1 support, assisting in solving systems issues, and answering employee systems-related questions
• Testing and documenting FAQs for new employee experience functionality
• Attend People Tech/HR team weekly meetings, partner with the HR team on project-related tasks

• Students currently enrolled in university or college and pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or equivalent
• Students completing the second to last year of study or in the penultimate year
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and concise presentation skills
• Good organization with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

• Exposure to Human Resource topics
• Previous work experience in customer service
• Leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities

Additional information
Gross Pay (USD): $32.50 - $43.00*
*Note: Certain locations require a good faith disclosure of the base pay for the role. The actual base pay for the successful candidate may differ based on location and level.
