Job Description:

SUMMARY

Documents technical and business requirements and translates them into solutions for Black Knight's Data & Analytics division. Serves as a liaison between the product owners and the information technology organization from project inception through implementation to provide customer-centric solutions that solve business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Captures business needs and translates them into technical requirements including application integration points, technical design, and application flow storyboards that are then consumed by development and support teams
• Conducts analysis for third party integrations, customer-facing software, and internal tools and products
• Participates as a direct internal resource for questions pertaining to new and existing application functionality before and during UAT and provides support as needed
• Assists with the creation of release notes and implementation documentation
• Creates project artifacts as needed and conducts a variety of test cases to confirm the solution will meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders
• Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Requires 10+ years of technical business analysis experience
• Ability to write and design functional and technical business requirements
• Ability to present technical and non-technical information to any audience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand API integrations and backend technology
• Experience working with third party integrations
• Ability to organize requirements by features and user stories creating a backlog to be used throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a high-volume environment
