Accountabilities

  • Partner with business leaders to gather, define, and prioritize system requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise systems
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications
  • Evaluate software solutions for alignment with business objectives
  • Drive functional and technical design across systems
  • Support system implementations and upgrades
  • Coordinate system integrations and reporting solutions
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver system solutions
  • Develop project plans and deliverables for system initiatives
  • Facilitate end-user reviews and stakeholder sessions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Develop training materials and support end-user training
  • Mentor junior team members and foster best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a retail environment
  • Experience with PLM, Merchandising, and Planning systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based PLM platforms
  • Experience with Oracle Retail Suite is preferred
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and reporting
  • Proficient in gathering requirements and translating them into solutions
