The Business Systems Analyst maintains products that support our increasingly sophisticated last mile transportation landscape, covering the Last mile flow, from DC to Digital Consumer. This role supports transportation products and features as they are implemented.

Who will you work with?

You will build effective relationships with partners across the supply chain to build the future of last mile transportation. Key partners include the last mile operations team, marketplace operations, technology teams, global logistics product management team, and the supply chain center of excellence. The role reports directly to the Last Mile Capability Director for North America Transportation & Trade.

  • Develop SOPs and provide regular and ad-hoc end-user training
  • Assist in cross-functional program teams discussions to facilitate requirements, and assist with implementation of new capabilities.
  • Lead day-to-day ownership of project tasks, meetings, and serve as the liaison between functional teams.
  • Recommend new features based on end-user feedback and continuous improvement mentality
  • Maintain new products and features

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Provide functional user admin support and identify system and process risks and opportunities
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with implementing or operating transportation products such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and real-time visibility solutions
  • Solid understanding of SAFE/Agile practices to facilitate partnership with enterprise technology teams
  • Proven track record in program and change management
  • Dynamic storytelling and ability to influence without direct authority
  • End-to-end critical thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Confluence, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Ability to influence across all levels
  • Travel, 20%
Preferred:
  • 2+ years of systems support experience
  • 3+ years of Transportation Management System and SAP
  • 2+ years of experience performing data analysis using various tools such as Excel, Access, Tableau or Alteryx
  • 1+ year of project management experience with an understanding of project management tools and methodologies
