Business Systems Architect

Our Business Systems team is responsible for enhancing Sales and Customer Support productivity at Human Interest through strategic partnership, systems stewardship and operational excellence. What you get to do every day

• Strategic systems advisor leveraging business and systems acumen to deliver on long-term, sustainable systems
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Systems and other technical teams to architect integration processes between Salesforce, Snowflake, NetSuite and other internal applications
• Make recommendations on integration strategy, platform evolution, infrastructure, and tooling selection to optimize user experience
• Run architectural review sessions to provide feedback on proposed solutions, provide oversight of go/no-go architectural decisions
• Work with cross functional stakeholders to understand current and future feature and integration needs and build a deep understanding of the business and technology
• Anticipate roadblocks in current projects and helping to remove them
• Responsible for architectural and technical documentation for supported technologies

What you bring to the role

• 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience 
• Strong Salesforce experience in Process Builder, Flows, administration, and configuration
• Strong understanding of various integration technologies like REST, SOAP APIs, XML
• Excellent verbal and written communicator. You should be able to articulate your vision and render projects into well written documents and tickets
• Salesforce Architect certification a plus

Compensation - The salary range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $140,000 - $160,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
