Business Systems Manager

The Business Systems Manager will work within the IT team to continuously modernize and support the company's business applications including the ERP Platform. Perry Homes places a heavy emphasis on exceptional operational performance and customer service and the role of Business Systems Manager enables key processes critical to the company's continued success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize agile methodology to lead and develop business-class solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead a team to continuously modernize our CRM application and other customer service and sales enablement applications.
• Work with software vendors and lead individuals that administrate several industry specific operational platforms to ensure efficiency of operations. Lead a team to develop, analyze and apply model-driven apps, automations, and customizations, including entity and form creation, workflow, process automation, report, dashboard, and system configuration.
• Continuously seek automation opportunities with RPA, integrations, and analytics to drive efficiencies and create opportunities.
• Manage solution development and lead efforts in collaboration with the following:
  
  
  • Power BI developers to orchestrate data migration, integration, and reporting aspects.
  • Power Apps developers to maintain, support, and enhance solutions; and
    IT PMO to develop requirements, design, test, and migrate solutions.
• Develop and maintain solution and architecture documentation.
• Successfully manage end user communication and training.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing or developing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Model-Driven Power Apps or equivalent ERP experience.
• 5+ years of leading technical teams in a business organization.
• 2+ years of experience using Agile and continuous deployment in Azure DevOps.
• Experience with other SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with Microsoft APIs such as Graph, SharePoint, Dynamics.
• Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
• Experience with IDEs and Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
