Business Transformation Consultant Banking (f/m/x)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Strategic Proposal Development: Help clients to refine their business strategy and associated supply chain-type business processes.
• In this role you will focus on consulting to the banking and financial markets industry
• You will support the development of core banking back-office transformations with a focus on payments clearing and settlement record management compliance accounting internet banking mobile banking branch transformation and engagements with third parties like payment service providers.
• Requirements Analysis and Design Contribution: Translate client’s business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.
• Future-Ready Architecture Planning: Understand the requirements current state architecture of the enterprise and create roadmap for the future enhancements accordingly.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluent in German and English
• At least 5 years of consulting experience in the banking/financial markets sector
• Deep expertise in payments and core banking on process level as well as technical implementation
• Excellent knowledge and expertise in the evolution of the digital Euro/digital currencies DLT in banking and related topics

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge and experience with regard to payments market infrastructure such as Target 2/ESMIG SWIFT EBA Clearing SEPA Clearer
• Eminence and market network in payments and digital currency in DACH
• Expertise in current developments around instant payments digital payments evolution at the point of sale
• Knowledge in payments regulation in Europe and Germany and its current developments
