Business Transformation Consultant-Banking（SD）

Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Transformation Consultants work at the intersection of technology people and process helping clients transform how they conduct business to cope with shifts in the market and more closely align them with their business strategy and vision. You will develop an understanding of client processes goals and objectives to define their future state and the path to get them there. You will help your clients understand digital and cognitive technologies and the impact that those technologies can have on traditional business processes.

In this role you will:

• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
• Work closely with critical stakeholders in using languages such as Java to develop the necessary specifications for software
• Proficient in stitch together end to end application starting from front end web development back-end development middleware integration and persisting data in no SQL or DBMS database.
• Read the design specifications of UML(class diagram/flow diagram) to develop the code to complete the functionalities needed.
• Perform thorough unit and functional testing of the code to ensure high quality products.
• Testing & Automation of new software product features within the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4 years+ working experience as programmer ability to write clean readable Java code
• Basic Understanding of the concepts of MVC ( Model-View-Controller) Pattern JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) and RESTful web services
• Understanding of building tools like Ant Maven Gradle etc
• Practical knowledge of using source code management.
• Strong knowledge and project experience in core-banking system.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years experience in SA is a plus
• Actual participating in agile project environment especially Scrum process.
• Working level in English speaking.
