Business Transformation Consultant: Procurement

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a contract life cycle management (CLM) implementation consultant who can help us with the end-to-end implementation of a CLM solution for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting workshops designing and building the solution testing and deploying it and providing post-go-live support. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with the clients and the internal team and manage the project scope timeline and budget. Understand the client’s business requirements and objectives for CLM. Conduct workshops and interviews with the client’s stakeholders to gather and document the functional and technical specifications. Design and configure the CLM solution according to the best practices and the client’s needs. Perform unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solution. Deploy the solution to the production environment and provide post-go-live support and training. Manage the project deliverables risks issues and changes. Communicate effectively with the client and the internal team throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status updates and reports to the project manager and the client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in business computer science engineering or related field. At least 3-15 years of experience in IT implementation project CLM implementation experience will be preferred.
• Experience with one or more CLM platforms such as Apttus Icertis Conga or DocuSign Sirion CLM. Knowledge of contract management processes best practices and industry standards. Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel as required by the project.
• Certification in CLM or project management is a plus.
