Business Transformation Consultant: Supply Chain Planning

Introduction
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Utilize Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) software to analyze design and implement solutions for demand forecasting inventory optimization and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement demand planning strategies forecasting models and inventory optimization techniques using Blue Yonder tools.
• Provide expertise and recommendations to enhance clients’ supply chain efficiencies and optimize inventory levels.
• Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder software modules.
• Conduct system analysis troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Blue Yonder software updates and enhancements.
• Participate in project planning estimation and risk assessment activities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fields.
• 4-6 years of experience specifically focused on Blue Yonder (JDA) software solutions including demand planning supply chain optimization and technical consulting.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder modules for both demand planning and technical aspects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Certification in Blue Yonder (JDA) demand planning and technical modules would be advantageous.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics is a plus.
• Certification in Blue Yonder (JDA) software is advantageous.
