Summary:
The Business Strategy Program Manager will execute and coordinate several related projects at the same time and facilitating communication between project teams and key stakeholders. This includes coordination of projects, analysis of interdependencies, allocation of resources, management of risk and opportunities. In this role you will partner effectively with all levels of the organization building out cross-functional project plans attending to the overall strategy, implementation, and delegation to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff to ensure we have a standardized methodology, governance, framework, and business acumen to scale project management competency throughout the organization.

The primary responsibility of this role is focuses on the execution side of project management, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping project teams to adopt and use project management business processes and procedures, systems and technology, RACI roles and responsibilities, through project charters and project plans. They will oversee multi-project lifecycles from discovery, initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
The goal of this role is to gain a strategic understanding of company goals and align projects by creating sound strategies that will push the company's performance through their daily work. This includes anticipating and minimizing project friction and risk that could significantly impact timeline, budget, and resources to complete project. All while developing strong relationships with team members and maintaining effective communication.
The role will not have supervisory responsibility, but they must work with and through many others in the organization to succeed. Excelling under pressure, the role takes on a sense of ownership and responsibility for a program/project to achieve success. The program manager will leverage their strategic thinking and adaptability to successfully guide teams through the dynamic world of project management that delivers tangible results and creates a lasting impact on the organization's growth and development.

Your mission?
- Develop and execute a change management strategy, playing a critical role in creating and communicating an integrated and coordinated view across programs, initiatives, and projects, leading as a partner by fully participating in discussions to ensure optimal deployment and integration of changes.
- Develop a robust communication plan to engage the broader organization with various types of communication methods to ensure messages are consistent across all mediums and influence stakeholders as needed to ensure change plans are compelling and aligned with our desired tone and create a network of change champions.
- Develop and maintain robust change management tools and templates to activate the change strategy and accelerate change management activities for application across our change initiatives. Create and align communication that embed change management principles that meet business needs and requirements.
- Develop, revise, and operate a best-in-class change management capability that will account for disruptive change to the operating model and effectively capture and sustain the value creation for the organization.
- Mentor and create an open forum for managers and employees to ask questions and share content or thoughts and respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.
- Engage and enable all stakeholders and individuals impacted by the change to deliver key messages and engagement opportunities in ways that resonate within the company culture.
- Support change management at the organization level across the portfolio of projects working collaboratively in a global atmosphere across multiple regions to ensure strategy is aligned, communicated and results meet all stakeholder's needs.
- Partner with the people and culture team to design and deliver a "change management" training for managers and employees.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans .
- Complete change management assessments.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Identify and manage anticipated concerns and to prevent resistance.
- In cooperation with the sponsor and people and culture team.
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan .
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- Track and report issues.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
What should you have to succeed?
- Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- 5+ years of project and change management experience in a global fast paced organization.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences .
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible being able to work in ambiguous situations.
