The Role:
eCapital is currently seeking a Buy Specialist to join our team in our Orillia Ontario office. At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner. 
This position is responsible for data-entry and the timely processing of invoices. As a Buy Specialist, you will be responsible to process client paperwork, actively participate in a dynamic team environment, and actively mitigate risk.
Responsibilities: 

• Reviews and audits invoices on a daily basis.
• Ensures all documentation meets company requirements before marking an invoice as reviewed to mitigate risk/loss.
• Notifies clients of any issues limiting advancing such as missing or illegible paperwork.
• Flags and notates when an invoice requires verification.
• Escalates an invoice when invoice meets specific criteria.
• Assists with completion of buyouts.
• Meets daily expectation pace of reviewing 50 invoices per hour.
• Assists Verifications team as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail 

• Excellent communication 
• Ability to identify and solve problems 
• Accurate, accountable, and goal oriented 
• Math and basic accounting skills are an asset 
• Post secondary education in business or related field an asset
