In this position you will…

… play a crucial role in ensuring the timely procurement of essential goods, equipment, and services to support our company's operations. Your responsibilities will include Procurement Planning, Supplier Relationship Management, Negotiation, Operational Efficiency and Data Analysis. By effectively executing these responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization

You will be responsible for…

Strategic Procurement:

• Proactively plan and execute timely procurement of goods, equipment, and services to support company operations.
• Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Supplier Management:

• Conduct thorough research and evaluation of potential suppliers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to maximize value for the company.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly and effectively.

Operational Excellence:

• Review and process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize procurement processes to minimize lead times and maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve procurement-related issues, such as delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or pricing disputes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information and performance metrics.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings.
• Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a buyer from the fresh fruits or food sector or within a similar product. 
• Well understand of manufacturing environment, its demand, priorities, and criticalities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Business Administration or any field related with Purchasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate costs and contracts and a high level of numeracy and literacy is required
• Flexible and creative problem solving. Very thorough, with great attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
• Passionate and high-energy individual who wants to develop in a fast-growing and innovative company
• Able to communicate well in English
• Proficiency in Thai, English, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  - Knowledge of Coconuts, Fruits, Fresh products production experience a plus, including experience working with farmers and - understanding seasonal market dynamics.
  - Cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
  - Valid driving license and own car.
