Upgrade your talent by:

• Handling all inventory management activities related to targeted vendors from Purchasing orders to inventory control and reporting in alignment with European rules
• Creating standard, direct, and intercompany orders, via Ingram Micro ERP system
• Managing specific requests coming from country interfaces
• Handling АP issues including Vendors on hold and aging debits
• Following up with the vendor or the transportation company the delivery of the shipment (ETA management)
• Assuring pricing correctness in line with the responsible sales or purchase representative in the local country
• New vendors onboarding

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 1- 2 years relevant experience in Purchasing
• Fluency in German (B2-C1)
• Good knowledge in English (B1-B2)
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Excellent English - written and oral (certificate available)
• Attention to details
• Database management
• Price negotiation experience
• Strong analytical skills
