Job Summary :

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for candidate with experience as BY-WMS support with MOCA with 6+ experiences.

Location: Remote. Candidate should be located at USA.

Duration: Full Time only - "Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)."

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Description and Qualifications include:

• Minimum 6 years of BY-WMS support experience, of which 2 years should be in the onsite lead position
• Experience supporting BY-WMS version 2019 and above
• Should know BY-WMS functionality end-to-end with ability to understand the installed configuration
• Has experience in managing offshore team, guide them in managing SLAs
• Able to prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR) with knowledge or MTTR, MTTS
• Able to read MOCA logs and pin point issues with MTF server tasks, Integration tasks, other BY-WMS functionality
• Experience working in a BY-WMS clustered environment
• Well versed with the support protocols such as escalation paths during P1/P2, Major Incident Management (MIM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Education
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment
