ByDesign Finance Consultant

 We are seeking a Systems Consultant to join our team focussing on SAP ByDesign Cloud solutions. This is an opportunity to do some BYD work and advance into a S/4HANA Finance consultant role in the medium term.

This is client-facing role involving the design, implementation and support of SAP ByDesign Solutions with main focus on the financial requirements of implementations.

Tasks and duties will include:
• Participate in all phases of implementation of ByD projects
• Prepare business requirements and create system design
• Participate in software configuration, testing, training and deployment
• Perform project management duties as directed
• Ensure quality assurance measures
• Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor

To be successful you will possess the following attributes:
• Accounting degree or comparable related degree
• Ideally experience in a consulting environment
• Experience with the implementation of ByDesign software
• Minimum of five years of experience in a finance/accounting role
• Knowledge of major business life-cycles in finance, purchasing, sales,
inventory and production
• Ability to work in a small team in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with a self-starter mentality
