Job Description

We are seeking a .NET Web Developer who is proficient in Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC Framework. 

Your daily tasks will include: 

• Develop and maintain commercial web applications using Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Web Forms/(Core) MVC using toolsets such as Visual Studio

• Follow the best practices and patterns in writing secure, clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets software development standards 

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to understand requirements, design, develop, and test software solutions within deadlines 

• Use tools such as Jira, GitHub and Confluence to track and manage project progress and ensure project goals are met

Qualifications

What you will bring: 

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Microsoft technologies

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Web Forms/(Core) MVC

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and practical experience using Razor Pages 

• Basic knowledge of SQL and proficiency in writing application code to access relational databases using SQL CRUD operations (including simple joins, indexes) and/or use of data access libraries or frameworks such as Entity Framework 

• Practical experience developing software within a team environment using a source code management system such as Git, SVN or similar 

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Good communication and collaboration skills 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team 

What will be an asset: 

• Experience developing in an Agile/Scrum based environment 

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure

• Experience developing and consuming REST or SOAP based web services 

• Advanced SQL skills like complex joins, stored procedures and functions

• Experience working in Jira, GitHub and Confluence

• Experience with Telerik, DevExpress components 

• Experience in working in the CPQ domain
