C++ Developer - AmsterdamResponsibilities 

C++ developers at Maverick Derivatives work directly with traders to enhance internal modules within the core trading system. Further responsibilities include: 

• Development, support and ownership of trading automation system components;
• Active participation in full lifecycle of feature development from idea/problem through design, implementation, integrating, testing, deployment, monitoring and assessing the results.

What we're looking for 

• Experience with working in a team and following best dev practices;
• Clear and consistent communication skills; 
• Experience developing trading systems in modern C++ in a Linux environment;
• Solid knowledge of STL, algorithms, and multithreading;
• An understanding of asynchronous programming;
• Nice to have: experience with either Boost.Asio, Google Protocol Buffers, SQL, Python, Gitlab, Kafka, Nomad, Grafana or Datadog.

The interview process  

• Introductory interview (Duration: 30 minutes); 
• Interview with C++ Developers (Duration: 60 minutes); 
• Interview with Head of Development (Duration: 30 minutes).
