C Janitor

Description: RMK Management is growing! Come work for a fun and family oriented company. We are hiring for a C Janitor at 1000 South Clark Apartments in the South Loop. This is a union building so the candidate will need to join the union upon hire. Responsibilities: • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas • Clean and sanitize the property including common areas, corridors, and offices • Take out trash and recycling • Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies • Report any maintenance issues to managementRequirements: • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience a plus (but not required) • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods • Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude • Must pass background check • Must be willing to join Local 1 union
