C Model Engineer

- Develop modeling infrastructure using SystemC/TLM2.0 frameworks for the next gen ML accelerators. Migrate into model development, kernel development and performance analysis.
- Work with hardware architect to develop an architecture model for IP design verification and top-level simulation
- Create bit-accurate C/C++ models of our pipeline processing architecture
- Integrate architecture model to system simulation environment.
- Work with the verification team to identify both model and hardware bugs
- Work with the software team to verify neural network model.
- Hands-on SW development experience
- Fluent in C/C++
- Understanding of modeling technologies - cycle driven, event driven etc
- Experience in top down high-level-model to HW mapping.
- Experience in SystemC/TLM performance modeling.
- Experience with cycle-accurate full-system SoC performance model environments.
- Experience with state-of-the-art pre-silicon power estimation methodologies.
- Experience in custom IP block performance estimates.
- Knowledge of computer architecture, pipeline design
- Experience with interpreting functional specs and implementing in a model
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with geographically dispersed development teams.
- Masterโs degree with 3+ years of experience in EE or CS or proof of skills in related fields, with practical engineering experience
- Knowledge of digital logic at the Register Transfer Level (RTL) using is a plus
- Firmware engineer roles a plus as well

The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $190,000, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
