Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide direct technical support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) C2BMC and BOA Advanced Development organization. This Engineer will work in a small, dynamic, high-paced and highly empowered team environment where every team member is directly responsible for the success of the program.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the C2BMC Experimentation Laboratory
- Represent the C2BMC Experimentation Laboratory in MDA Engineering Review Boards
- Coordinate C2BMC Experimentation Laboratory team briefings to MDA leadership and update weekly briefing charts for the organization
- Record and track current and future software lab installs
- Assess new or enhanced BMDS technologies and capabilities
- Lead engineering working groups
- Plan, schedule, and tack current and future test events
- Monitor and support flight and ground test planning events, system pre-mission testing events, analysis observations, and provide reports to leadership
- Reduce overall risk to the government and C2BMC program (cost, time, and performance)
- Provide the government lead viable options to improve and evolve the C2BMC system, its requirements, interoperability, and architecture
- Represent the interests of the government customer in working group forums and in various meetings
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Current DOD TS/SCI Security Clearance
- BS in STEM and 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as a leader/member of multiple teams
- Ability to interact, communicate in a professional manner, and directly support senior military and government leadership
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve complex problems and track detailed information
- Maintains the capability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel, and works within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor, and Supporting Contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in military analysis and operations and familiarity with MDA/Government engineering processes/databases
- Experience with the MDA, missile defense and space systems, and C2BMC

Salary Range:
$81,500.00 - $161,400.00
