Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Integration Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to collaborate with MDS stakeholders to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the integration objectives documentation and analysis processes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Participate in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations.
  • Participate in C2BMC software engineering reviews and analyses for development of C2BMC Spiral products.
  • Provide direct support to the lead for C2BMC algorithm development efforts. Lead tasking and provide technical analysis of Sensor Resource Management/Battle Management (SRM/BM) for C2BMC.
  • Provide daily support C2BMC Spiral and Agile Development and the C2BMC Product Integration Team (PIT) in all performance assessment activities associated with C2BMC mission application development.
  • Technical areas of responsibility include knowledge of BC requirements and SW developed to support source track processing, track discrimination, system track processing, sensor resource management, and battle management.
  • Represent MDA/BC in product peer reviews and prime contractor Agile Development workflow meetings and reviews as required to support C2BMC development, integration, test and operations.
  • Assist in developing correspondence related to C2BMC products such as response to electronic tasked (E-Taskers), information white papers, and briefings for the MDA technical review process (ISG/PCB).


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • SECRET clearance required (TS preferred)
  • STEM Masters degree with 12+ years or experience
  • System Engineering and project management skill in support of Prime Contractor development product, schedules, contract evaluations.
  • Familiarity with MDA, MDS, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
  • Familiarity with applying network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
  • Experience with developing and presenting information to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Military experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
