Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM System Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to C3BM Analyst for systems engineering tasking to include participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation. Collaboration with MDS stakeholders is required to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes. Other activities include participation in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
- Provide analyst support for Task Management Tool (TMT) implementation.
- Coordinate and provide documentation to support tasking through various departments within the organization.
- Engage in follow-on actions such as documentation reviews, informational updates, and technical assessments. Prepare meeting minutes; track items to closure.
- Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
- Schedule and support engineering efforts through the Interface Communication and Control Board (ICCB) and Engineering Review Board (ERB).
- Coordinate and provide documentation to support tasking through various departments within the organization.
- Engage in follow-on actions such as documentation reviews, informational updates, and technical assessments.
- Prepare meeting minutes; track items to closure. Schedule and support other items within the engineering division as needed.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree required
- Active Secret clearance
- Familiarity with MDA/Government engineering processes/databases
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts Exceptional written and verbal skills required
- Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Military experience is a plus
- Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
- Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines

Salary Range:
$79,100.00 - $138,400.00
