PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Troy 7 in seeking a C3BM System Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to work under Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to provide systems engineering expertise for systems engineering and integration activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support systems engineering integration functions to develop, field product-
• level functional, interface, and performance requirements
• Support baseline program reviews, design reviews
• Engage in C3BM contributing space systems activities, including SBIRS and BOA
• Provide specific strategic support services, total lifecycle acquisition management support services, and strategic business management support services
• Develop SOPs, and document meeting minutes
• Support the customer in developing and reviewing architecture for MDS assets and integration schedules, network interface designs, integration, testing, and fielding plans.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable):

The position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience
• System Engineering and project management skills in support of Prime Contractor product development, schedules, and contract evaluations
• Integration knowledge associated with information technology systems, information management and information security systems, software development life cycle, and program integration
• Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
• Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel
• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supporting Contractor personnel

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
• Proficiency in MDA C2BMC products and the integration / interfacing with the other MDS assets, to include other space-based intel/DoD systems
• MDA or military experience are a plus
