Troy 7, Inc. is looking for a C3BM Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role you will work with our Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts which includes engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements
  • Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals
  • Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable):

The position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability
  • Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
  • Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree in STEM field and 12+ years of experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
