Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a sharp Weapons System C4 Systems Engineer / Analyst to join our growing Mission Solutions team!

As an expert in military systems, your unique skill set inspires you to ask questions and solve problems others don't. We need your extensive engineering and weapon system knowledge to solve our customers' complex problems that will aid in the defense of this nation. We need you to join our growing Threat Technical Analysis team where you will conduct research and analysis and provide technical assessments in an experienced team environment. You will perform all-source analysis and engineering assessment on threat weapons, forces, and command, control, communications, and computer (C4) systems and guide the production of models & simulations, briefings, white papers, and technical reports which communicate system definitions, capabilities, and vulnerabilities. Incumbents typically have a BS/MS degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or a related technical field.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyzing and developing intelligence products
  • Solving challenging puzzles and providing creative solutions
  • Produce capability and vulnerability assessments
  • Working directly with Customers to understand and accomplish their mission
  • Assess military capabilities of threat regions

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Math, Science or similar discipline, and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Proficiency in software analysis, hardware design, and communications theory
  • All-source analysis experience on threat weapon systems
  • Ability to provide intelligence and operational support in areas of operational responsibility
  • Ability to self-research and problem solve

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • DoD TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance
  • Exploitation experience
  • ITEAMS experience
  • Ability to extract and infer technical requirements and specifications from documentation
  • Military/communications experience
  • Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives ICD-203 and ICD-206
  • Computer and communications hardware analysis
  • Analysis of hardware/software interaction
  • Active CDASA-1 certification
  • Technical writing/editing expertise
  • DIA document production workflow expertise
  • Broad knowledge of JWICS, SIPRNET and available intelligence portals
  • Linguist capability
  • PMP certification and/or Project Management experience

Security Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Top Secret Clearance. The applicant must also have the ability and readiness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. The candidate must successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph (CSP) or have on record a reciprocally acceptable polygraph examination prior to being granted unescorted access to DIA systems, facilities or information.

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
