Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C4I Order of Battle Intelligence Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to conduct order of battle analysis to update the modernized integrated database (MIDB) with new records and deconflict existing records.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze intelligence message traffic for items related to order of battle, particularly related to C4I.
• Conduct analysis to determine if a record for identified items exist, then take action to create a new record or update existing record.
• Apply knowledge of foreign military capabilities, particularly in the INDOPACOM region, to establish military order of battle structures and equipment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or HS Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using MIDB.
• Knowledge of DoD, IC, and INDOPACOM.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as all-source intelligence analyst
• Knowledge of GEOINT Systems.
• Knowledge of Asia Pacific culture, military, religion, foreign policy, or politics.
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn.

Salary Range:

$68,400.00 - $119,700.00
