All about the role:

TheC&A Financial Analyst will support the Consumables & Accessoriesbusiness as a part of the Consumer Direct Interaction organization withinElectrolux NA. The C&A Financial Analyst will play a critical role indriving operational excellence, delivering successful business results andprocess improvements by providing fact-based, financial insights and analyticalreporting to enable sound decision making across the C&A organization.

What you'll do:

As C&A FinancialAnalyst you will drive profitable growth of Aftermarket Consumables andAccessories by developing the necessary tools, processes and knowledge tosuccessfully drive the financial controlling aspects of the business. Youwill collaborate closely with C&A business leaders both locally andglobally as well as the broader Customer Direct Interaction organization todrive Aftermarket key strategies and initiatives. The key focus areas for theC&A Financial Analyst include Consumables & Filtration, Accessories,Installation Accessories and Small Domestic Appliances.

In detail, you will:

Coordinate theimplementation of standardize tools and reporting to facilitate analysis acrossverticals such as product line and business segment, including key performanceindicators necessary to drive profitable growth

Management of monthlyinvoicing, accruals and account reconciliations to ensure proper revenue andadministrative expense recognition

Evaluate & summarizefull P&L for actuals and forecast, providing executive level commentary formajor drivers of performance with proposed actions for deviations to plan

Owner of thefinancial planning processes for Consumables & Accessories businessincluding monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan. Provideweekly snapshot of current month performance versus forecast with insights forcorrective action as needed

Partnering withC&A management team on New Product Initiatives, and Key Product Reviewsbeing a key contributor in building business cases for financial ROI & NPVreview

Propose and evaluateactions that help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of businessinvestments, presenting them to Executive Leadership

Partner with CDILeadership Team on SG&A cost controls, reporting and forecasting

Qualificationsrequired:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,Economics or Business Management

2+ years of experience in commercial orproduct line finance, financial modeling and forecasting or related experience

Experience in services industry preferred

Experience with Power BI, MS SQL preferred
