What You’ll Do: This is an entry-level role with endless opportunities to grow. You’ll work alongside experienced cabinet fabricators, learning to: • Operate cutting-edge woodworking machinery and tools. • Craft cabinets with precision and attention to detail. • Meet production schedules to deliver projects on time. • Manage shop inventory and maintain equipment. • Build a foundation in woodworking techniques, from milling to assembly. What You’ll Need: • Work authorization. • A willingness to learn—no prior experience required! • Bonus points if you’ve used power tools, hand tools, or have any knowledge of woodworking, wood species, or cabinetry. • Ability to read architectural plans or CAD drawings is a plus, but we’ll teach you. • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and assemble cabinets.
