Job Description

The Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist our customers via inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. CSR must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST on Monday - Thursday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST on Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls, e-mail and messages from customers
  • Researching solutions, reviewing options and troubleshooting issues
  • Update billing information along with personal information
  • Activating contracts, processing change requests to accounts, follow-up on past due payments
  • Documenting information into a client system to track customer interactions and solutions

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year of continuous experience in a call center
  • High School Diploma/GED Required; college degree preferred
  • Accurate data entry proficiency
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work with numerical data
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Proper spelling and grammar usage
  • High comfort level with technology
  • Excellent time management skills, self-motivated
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level is moderate.
  • This is a largely sedentary role and sitting will be required for long periods of time
  • Standing, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping will be frequently required

  • You must have a quiet, dedicated workspace, with no distractions

Compensation: 17.00/hourly plus quarterly bonus potential
