Call Center Operations Administrator

About The Role
Our Client Success Team serves as the primary point of contact for valued customers enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs. Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the Administrative Assistant will support and assist the Client Success department across multiple areas of operation.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills, ensuring smooth team operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for Client Success Representatives
- Triage Representative’s issues as needed and follow up on solutions
- Partner with external mail processor to process internal physical mail
- Assist with the execution of employee incentive and recognition programs
- Support our Training team by handling administrative items such as scheduling training invites, sending training emails and updating various training documents as needed.
- Act as liaison between the IT Team and employees, focused on tracking IT issues and overseeing the timely delivery of equipment to employees
- Assist with the planning, management and implementation of CS events such as Leadership On-Sites, Lunch and Learns, etc.
- Complete other duties as assigned
What We Look For
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Customer service; Contact and/or Call Center background, a bonus
- Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Strong communicator: Includes listening, verbal & written communication
- Supports team/department collaboration & inclusion
- Effective problem solver
- Effective at time management, planning & organizing tasks and time
