Call Center Representative

This is an entry-level position with many possibilities for growth from within Job Summary As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Duties - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their inquiries - Perform data entry to update customer information accurately - Analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions - Assist with scheduling appointments or directing calls to the appropriate department - Utilize computerized systems to access and input customer data Skills - Proficiency in English is required - Excellent customer service skills - Bilingual proficiency is a bonus - Clear and pleasant phone etiquette - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Comfortable working with computerized systems Competitive pay Unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement Pay: $18-20 per hour plus Bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
