Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of BrandNest. You’ll assist customers with general inquiries, appointment scheduling, and product or service support. This is an entry-level position with full training provided ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Duties
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and events
• Assist with order processing, scheduling, and resolving customer concerns
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database
• Follow call scripts and company procedures
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily goals
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Friendly and patient demeanor
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
