Pay Rate is $16.00 an hour.

Must have open flexibility and be able to work weekends. Operating hours are 24/7. Production schedules are given during training and will include weekends. Training schedule will be discussed during the interview.

About the Remote Call Center Representative role…

As a Customer Experience team member you assist customers with questions inquiries and issues related to their supplemental benefits offered through employers that include Flexible & Health Savings Accounts. You manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

A few of the questions you may receive as a remote call center representative are the following:

“I need to submit a reimbursement request; can you help me with that?'

“This is my first time logging in to the portal and I need my password reset. Can you help?

“I need assistance navigating your website can you assist?'

What we look for…

We are looking for people with a passion for helping others who are naturally empathetic and determined to deliver a comprehensive solution to these Supplemental benefits-related calls. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. To be successful in this role you will have:

Ability to successfully complete a 5-week virtual training class. You cannot miss a day of training!

High speed internet requirement of 25 download/10 upload. Must be hard wired no Wi-Fi wireless or satellite internet permitted.

Ability to type 25 words per minute

Great problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively multi-task

High school diploma GED or college degree

Excellent communication skills

Flexibility to work weekends

Must have 6 months customer service experience.

Must have a distraction free workspace.

Successful completion of a background check is required for this position which includes education & previous employment verification (you may be asked to provide proof of each).

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00/hour.
