Job title: Medical Customer Service Representative

Location: Salem, ma

Type: Full Time 40hrs, M-F

We are seeking eager, reliable customer service professionals to join our growing team in the healthcare industry. The role will include taking inbound calls relating to patient medical records and utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) to find, input, and track information relating to health care.

Requirements:

-1+ year of customer service experience

-Any experience within healthcare, or interest in applying previous experience to healthcare service

-Ability to take customer service calls and speak with multiple types of people
