Call Center Representative: Member Service
Job Description
A HireStrategy/Addison Group client is looking for an experienced Call Center representative to support their Member Services department in a high volume call center in Alexandria, Virginia. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-regarded company in a fast paced and fun environment!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as necessary
- Follow up with customers via email as necessary
- Provide general technical troubleshooting on a range of topics
- Promptly process and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in times of high stress or uncertainty
- Promote the client's products via outbound calls as needed

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years prior Call Center experience (preferably in a high volume setting)
- Bachelors' preferred, High School Diploma required
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Respond quickly to changing priorities
