Job Description:

Determines the optimal manufacturing methods and processes for producing company products from start-up, building the product line, through satisfactory production. This includes analyzing engineering design documents to establish manufacturing methods and processes to manufacture a component, creating conceptual sketches and initiating the design and building of required tooling. Describes outside vendor services needed for the manufacture of a component. Establishes outsourced vendor manufacturing & quality plans. Roles that drive improvement to product cost, quality and performance by utilizing Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) methodologies should be assigned to this job family. Jobs that provide engineering technical support in this field should be assigned to this job family.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CAM programmer for our CNC Engineering team. You will focus on our CNC machines in the production area. CAM programming will be one of your main task, but you will also work with Continuous Improvements and production support. You will have a close cooperation and alignment with the team, production leaders, other departments and NPI projects.

In addition to this you will be involved in investigations regarding customer complaints. You will have responsibility to create and sustain a lean manufacturing environment and have good global cooperation within Nobel Biocare.

This includes:

• Creating CAM programs in NX CAM for our CNC machines.
• Improve manufacturing processes for regular production.
• Lead internal competence training.
• Create and develop drawings for manufacturing process equipment.
• Analytic problem-solving abilities.
• Perform Initial samples before release of new products.

Job Requirements

• Proven and documented industrial engineering skills.
• Good knowledge and understanding in drawings reading.
• Good skills in CAM programming.
• Good speech and writing knowledge in Swedish and English.
• Experience from 2D and 3D CAD program.
• Experience from Siemens NX (CAD/CAM) software is a plus.
