The Cambria Financial Marketing Specialist will be accountable for the day to day execution of marketing activities for Cambria Financial Group. This high visibility position will lead collaboration with the executive team in the ongoing development and execution of Cambria Financial's brand and marketing strategy. Consequently, Cambria Financial marketing is held to the highest standard and must continue to build on our reputation for quality, dependability, and creativity. This individual must hold a passion for consistently achieving these outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and vision in alignment with business objectives; Harmonize and coordinate marketing efforts to achieve shared vision
  • Create and manage content for social media, digital marketing, website optimization and email marketing and ensure campaign deadlines are met
  • Create delivery of all marketing materials, both media and print for all Cambria Financial entities
  • Ensure marketing initiatives and objectives are implemented across all Cambria Financial locations
  • Provide sales and leadership teams with effective collateral and sales tools
  • Craft and effectively communicate the company's future strategic growth effectively
  • Refine and defend brand standards across all business applications and ensure correct application on all branded assets
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Coordinate and manage sponsorship opportunities and advertising efforts
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships within the mortgage and financial community

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing role

Systems: Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Adobe, CRM (Surefire)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience in strategy and execution across social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Demonstrable skills in resourcefulness, self-motivation, problem-solving and follow-through
  • Strong drive for excellence in marketing, strategy and marketing automation
  • Strong brand management and brand standards experience
  • Passionate and driven to succeed
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience influencing a strategy to internal employees
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Influential skills to gain support and inspire others
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience in the home, building or interior design industry is a plus

Managerial Responsibilities: None

Travel Requirements: Travel to other Cambria Financial locations may be required

Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring phone and computer use
