Campaign Activation Coordinator
Job Description
VideoAmp’s Revenue Team team is seeking a Campaign Activation Coordinator who will be a hungry self-starter within our growing team. As a Campaign Activation Coordinator at VideoAmp, you will support the larger Campaign Activation team’s day-to-day operations. Overall, this role requires strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with other teams across the organization to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and that clients are receiving the highest level of service and value.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing regular campaign updates in Salesforce, and project managing campaign details so that they are accurately documented for flawless execution. This requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Overall, this role requires strong attention to detail with the drive of developing an advanced understanding of digital programmatic media and advertising landscape and how they service brands and agencies. You will work closely with other teams across the organization to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and that clients are receiving the highest level of service and value.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own all campaign forecast requests for the Campaign Activation team and partner with Sales Planning on ongoing submissions.
- Review RFP cases in Salesforce for accuracy with Sales Planning and Campaign Activation
- Assist the Campaign Activation team with reviewing Datorama discrepancies to enable the troubleshooting process to make campaign reporting hygienic.
- External KOC Support and Project Management (Specs, Requirements, Timelines)
- Review and maintain Salesforce Opportunity details for accuracy
- Accountable for IO translation instructions to Salesforce Placements and Flights with offshore support teams
- Responsible for the creation of Campaign Launch Cases so that campaigns are built and executed with impeccable accuracy
- Liaise with Accounting and Finance to ensure end-of-campaign billing is accurate and timely for invoicing
- Own end-of-campaign retrospectives to understand deal health by assessing how the campaign was planned vs executed
WHAT TO BRING
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in Digital Advertising with an interest in Operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment partnering across several teams and departments

This position pays between $50,000 - $72,000 + Commission + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
