Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in client or vendor side primary marketing research and campaign measurement.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, campaign performance methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Python or similar, SQL, Google Analytics).
  • Experience working in CPG, tech, TV, media, music, or subscription services.
  • Understanding of advanced analytics methods (e.g., matched market tests, marketing mix modeling).
  • Ability to synthesize data and communicate effectively.

About the job

As a Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will understand YouTube marketing on its services. You will work with global methodologies, tools and vendors, managing all campaign and ongoing measurement strategies for a marketing function, and extracting actionable insights that will shape marketing and communications to better resonate with the audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Frame and translate business questions into appropriate measurement plans that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions for go-to-market planning.
  • Recommend and develop methodologies for measurement.
  • Execute measurement approaches and experiments that explain the impact of marketing on core success metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate results and related findings to stakeholders by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways.
