About the Role
As a Campaign Finance Manager, you will support the Client Services and Media Planning teams to facilitate the timely clearing of our supplier invoices, as well as perform other ad hoc media operations needs. You must possess strong financial analytical skills, time management skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and aptitude to articulate objectives in a concise manner.

Some of the things we'd like you to do:
- Assist with client Media Authorization process and receipt of purchase orders;
- Assist with maintenance of media management system, ensuring teams record all spend completely and accurately;
- Participate in review of client media spends and reconciliation between planned amounts and actual spend;
- Interface with client accounting & FP&A staff to help explain variances between forecast and actuals;
- Collaborate with Client Finance team members to review media and revenue forecasting;
- Collaborate with client accounts payable and GroupM Billing Operations to monitor client billings and receivables;
- Act as an escalation point on issues regarding vendor payables;
- Innovate to streamline processes and implement best practices;
- Other ad hoc reports/ responsibilities as required;
A bit about yourself:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting;
- 3-5 years experience, preferably within an Advertising or Media Agency
- Understanding of core accounting concepts (credits/debits, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, accruals/deferrals, revenue recognition principle)
- Strong analytical skills;
- Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn;
- Able to independently manage multiple deliverables with varying timelines;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required;
- Strong knowledge of Excel required;
- Experience with Google workspace and/or Mediaocean a plus;
- Ability to simplify/teach complicated topics also a plus;
