What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Management Marketing & Sales Expert to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, through leveraging advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques, and execute sales campaigns for individual Life & Health insurance policies to both prospects generated by digital leads and existing customers within our Tied Agent sales network.

Your day-to-day:

• Design and implement innovative sales campaigns to promote Life & Health insurance policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaign materials and digital content.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to tailor campaigns effectively.
• Coordinate with the Tied Agent sales network to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Utilize CRM tools to track lead generation and conversion rates.
• Managing and nurture digital leads to convert them into policyholders.
• Develop strategies to engage and retain existing customers through targeted campaigns.
• Provide training and support to Tied Agents on campaign strategies and best practices.
• Conduct regular analysis of campaign outcomes and sales performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service.
• Maintain open communication channels with Tied Agents to gather feedback and insights.
• Align with NN Group’s Digital Marketing and Lead generation Division.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA (or relative Master’s degree) from an accredited Institution will be considered a plus
• Proven experience in sales campaign development and execution, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Life & Health insurance products.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling techniques.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
